Co-branded cards
When purchasing fuels and/or products at LUKOIL service stations... present the card to the cashier before paying for the purchased fuels and/or products.
A card used at a given location is not active for ... at any other service station within the LUKOIL network across the country.
In case of a lost/stolen card, the customer should request blocking it via the Customer Hotline at 0800 20 220.

How to register your “LUKOIL CLUB” card
The “LUKOIL CLUB” card is activated only after registration is completed.
You can use the following options to register a card:

At any of the service stations in the LUKOIL network.
Via the Customer Hotline
To register a card via the website:
Fill in the online form on the website
You will receive an SMS with a code to activate the card on the mobile number provided in the form.
Enter the received code on the website, to complete the activation.
To register a card at LUKOIL service stations:
Visit a service station and complete the registration form together with a staff member.
Provide the activation code to the staff member to complete the activation.
To register a card via the Customer Hotline:
Call the toll-free Customer Hotline 0 800 20 220 and dictate your current registration details to the operator.
Do not forget, before confirming the form, to request that the operator reads back the entered details.
You will receive an SMS with a code to activate the card on the mobile number you provided.
Provide the activation code to the operator to complete the activation.
