As long as LUKOIL Neftohim Burgas and its logistics network exist, there is no risk for Bulgaria. This was stated by Evgeni Simeonov, Special Commercial Manager of the four LUKOIL Group companies in Bulgaria, during his hearing before the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Investments and Industry today.
The company recorded a record daily sales volume at LUKOIL's filling stations for the last four and a half years.
On July 31, 2026, 2.998 million liters of fuel were sold, representing a record daily sales volume for the company's filling stations over the past 4.5 years, according to the company's official data.
"LUKOIL - Bulgaria" exceeds its plan by over 30%, while "LUKOIL Neftohim Burgas" increases oil processing and reports its best result for 2026.

The statement comes a day after it became known that the United Kingdom is extending the general license for LUKOIL in Bulgaria.
